Application for a Criminal Record Certificate for Residents Abroad

This application is exclusive to residents abroad. If you are in Portugal, you should not use this method.

The improper use of this form leads to the rejection of the application (the certificate will not be issued and there is no refund of the amount paid - Article 23(1); Article 27(c) and Article 35 of Decree-Law No 171/2015).

Once you start your application, you have 24 hours to complete it.
